Beef and Vegetable Soup ©

Ingredients:

  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can carrots
  • 1 can potatoes
  • 1 can LA COSTEÑA CHICKPEAS
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup celery
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 can LA COSTEÑA CHIPOTLE SAUCE
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1⁄4 onion

Directions:

To make this Beef and Vegetable Soup ©,  in a deep pan over medium high heat add ground beef season with salt and pepper. In a blender add tomatoes, garlic, onion, and salt. Blend until smooth. After 5-8 minutes of cooking the meat add the tomato sauce and LA COSTEÑA CHIPOTLE SAUCE. Simmer for 5 minutes. Then add all the vegetables in and mix. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
