Beans with Chorizo ©
● 2 eggs
● Salt and pepper (to taste)
● 1 can LA COSTEÑA REFRIED PINTO BEANS
● 1 cup chorizo
● 1 can LA COSTEÑA JALAPEÑOS
To make these Beans with Chorizo ©, heat 1 tbsp of oil in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat until hot. Break eggs into the pan. Cook slowly until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken. In the same pan where you cooked the eggs you can cook the chorizo. Fry chorizo for about 5 minutes then add LA COSTEÑA REFRIED BEAN and mix well.Serve and enjoy!
