Bacon Wrapped Shrimp ©

Ingredients:

● 10 slices Bacon
● 1 lb Shrimp
● 1 avocado
● 1 cup sour cream
● 1 cup half & half milk
● 1 jar LA COSTEÑA DICED JALAPEÑOS
● Salt and pepper (to taste )

Directions:
To make this delicious Bacon Wrapped Shrimp ©, wrap bacon around each shrimp. In a pan over medium high heat add the wrapped shrimp. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side. When shrimp are cooked set them aside on a plate. In a blender add the sour cream, half & half milk, avocado, and LA COSTEÑA DICED JALAPEÑOS. Blend until smooth. Use the same pan where you cooked the shrimp to heat up the sauce. Place the shrimps on top of a layer of white rice with a side salad. Complement adding jalapeño sauce on top. Enjoy!
